From visitors and prospective members: name, email address, phone number, industry, and any message you provide through our contact form.
From members: name, email address, phone number, business name, job title, business description, services offered, address, website, social media links, profile photo, business logo, and activity data (referrals, closed business, attendance, presentations).

• Facilitate networking and referral activities between members
• Maintain the member directory and business profiles
• Track referrals, closed business, and group performance metrics
• Send meeting reminders, announcements, and group communications
• Display member testimonials and spotlights (with your consent)
• Respond to visitor inquiries and schedule meeting visits
• Improve our services and website
By submitting information through our website forms, you consent to the collection and use of that information as described in this policy. Members consent to the use of their information for group activities when they join EBC. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Public website: Only leadership team names and testimonials (with consent) are displayed publicly.
Member portal: Your business profile, referral activity, and contact information are visible to other active EBC members through the member directory. Detailed referral and closed business records are visible only to you and group administrators.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties outside of EBC.
We protect your data using:
• SSL/TLS encryption for all website traffic
• Bcrypt password hashing
• Secure server infrastructure hosted in Toronto, Canada
• Role-based access controls within the member portal
We retain member data for the duration of your membership and for up to 12 months after membership ends, unless you request earlier deletion. Visitor inquiry data is retained for up to 6 months. Referral and closed business records may be retained in anonymized form for group statistics.
